I stumbled upon a furniture maker from Italy, Lago Design, which specializes in filling interior spaces with breathtaking modern designs. The site is in Italian so it’s a little hard to navigate around, but you’ll get the picture. Their shelving designs are gigantic, awe inspiring, and still playful and youth oriented. Whoever said modern design had to be cold and gloomy never thought about bright colors and organic shapes being a part of modernism too. Perhaps it’s because I’ve secretly wanted to make furniture for a long time that I am so interested in interior decor, but Lago has it down and is worth a good plug.
